High Street Fashion - H&M Spring 2012

H&M's Spring 2012 collection is full of colours, prints, and pretty silhouettes for us to look forward to warmer weather. With a 70s-inspired and relaxed perspective on dressing, the brand paired wide-leg trousers with louche tees, floral blouses with classic black trousers, and flared jeans with silky tops worn by the beautiful and fabulous Ethiopian model, Liya Kebede. Lets get ready for Spring! Have a great day wherever you are. xoxo

Valentino Spring 2012 RTW Collection

Valentino's Spring 2012 Ready-To-Wear Collection was a great combination of easy- to-wear, feminine, fresh and relaxed styles. Short strapless dresses, in off-white or black in a cotton lace fabric that made them into everyday sort of propositions, All in all, they all had a lady-like, precious and fresh feel. I loved the fact that many of the dresses were accessorized with flat sandals or lace espadrilles for a more relaxed look. Hope you enjoy these pictures and are having a great Monday. xoxo

A beautiful Spring day and a classic English hand-tied bouquet

Today the weather has been amazing. I was definitely not expecting this at all. The sun is shinning, the birds are singing and the peonies blooming in the garden, a perfect Spring day. By chance I came across this elegant and classical English hand-tied bouquet by Southern Living. They show you a step-by-step instructions on how to create this beautiful look, is not that difficult and for sure will look impressive. Why don't give it a try. Have a great end of the week and a beautiful weekend. xoxo

Spring Flower Inspiration

Spring is in the air, you can see it, feel it and smell it, and after a post suggestion from my beautiful Chelsea, I decided to start this Thursday morning with a spread on my favourite Spring flower - the peony. Come May they will be blooming in the garden and I can't wait, to fill the house with this beautiful and delicate flower! Wish you all a great end to the week. xoxo

Before Summer ends

I wished I had done more of these this Summer. Now that the Summer is ended a feel of nostalgia and melancholia sets in! Chilly mornings and shorter days are on their way, but somehow I am looking forward to some hibernation and cosy nights by the fire. I hope your Summer was beautiful!! xoxo

Off to the sunshine!

Apologies my beautiful readers for the lack of posts in the last month. So many things have been happening lately, and so little time! I will promised to tell you all about once I a back from my summer holiday with the family.

Really looking forward to lazy days by the beach, playing with my 3 year old son and showing him all the local sights where Mummy once used to play with all her friends when she was little. Bon vovage everyone!

Alfresco

I have been rather obsessed with alfresco dining recently due to the fact that the weather here in London has been exceptional lately (let's hope it continues). I have been eating outdoors almost every day - breakfast, lunch and dinner - and it is great. Whether it is a romantic ocassion or a casual gathering, eating outdoor is so relaxing. Here are just some inspired alfresco ideas that I would love to share with you. I particularly love the first image, with the late afternoon light shemmiring in between the trees. It is so beautiful. Have a wonderful day. I will be back later with another beautiful afternoon pick. xo

Relaxing

What a beautiful day. The sun is out and rather hot too. Been doing a spot of tidying and baking in the morning and now is time to switch off and relax. The house is quite, with DS at his grandmother for the afternoon and DH glued to the TV watching England vs. Germany in the World Cup. Me, I have made some homemade lemonade and plan to spend the afternoon relaxing on the hammock in the garden, enjoying this glorious day. Hope you relaxing too. xo

This week I am loving - Peonies

My all time favourite flower the Peony. They are so charming and beautiful. We still have some left in the garden, even though it's a May flower. Will be picking some to brighten up the house. Have a great day. Ciao xx
