How to wear a silk scarf

I have been wearing my silk scarf recently, but wondered what other styles I can make so that it always looks fresh and stylish. And it looks like my wish has been answered when I came across this fantastic instructions cards by the famous Hermes. Isn't this brilliant!

Military Trend your A/W 2012 Style

One of the major style trends for this A/W 2012 is the so called Military Trend. This style fits itself so perfectly to the this season. With practicality, warmth and smart aesthetic at its core, you can look stylish and warm at the same time. The main features will be on khaki tailored separates, utility detailing and leather accents as seen on the catwalk designs of Burberry Prorsum, Max Mara and Topshop Unique. I love this style and I can see myself rocking up this trend this Fall. So lets welcome the Autumn with open arms and stay fabulously stylish!

Burberry Prorsum Womeswear A/W 2012

Good Monday my beauties. Hoping that your week is starting on a fabulous high. For me I have spent the morning viewing Burberry Prorsum Fashion show. One of my favourite designers without a doubt. Loved the clothes, the setting, the music and the finale. I won't let you in on much as it would spoil the show. But for sure is worth seeing!

Also they used amazing music to complement the show so well. One of my favourites was Rae Morris and the track Walls, check it out. Thanks Burberry for this wonderful gift.

H&M's Spring 2012 collection is full of colours, prints, and pretty silhouettes for us to look forward to warmer weather. With a 70s-inspired and relaxed perspective on dressing, the brand paired wide-leg trousers with louche tees, floral blouses with classic black trousers, and flared jeans with silky tops worn by the beautiful and fabulous Ethiopian model, Liya Kebede. Valentino Spring 2012 RTW Collection

Valentino's Spring 2012 Ready-To-Wear Collection was a great combination of easy- to-wear, feminine, fresh and relaxed styles. Short strapless dresses, in off-white or black in a cotton lace fabric that made them into everyday sort of propositions, All in all, they all had a lady-like, precious and fresh feel. I loved the fact that many of the dresses were accessorized with flat sandals or lace espadrilles for a more relaxed look. Hope you enjoy these pictures and are having a great Monday. xoxo

Royal Wedding

Longing for Spring so Bad!

Rain, rain and more rain. That's what this week was like. I feel rather down when it rains for some reason. I know that we need it, but I can't help it longing for bright Spring morning, when the air is fresh, the birds sing and the flowers blossom.

Jonathan Saunders Ready-to-Wear Spring 2011

I know that Winter is in full swing and perhaps more snow is on its way, but I can't help it looking forward to Spring and start featuring some of the wonderful colours and patterns that we saw in the runways last year.

One of the designers that really surpassed himself this season was Jonathan Saunders. "Beauty, cleanness, optimism and lightness..." is how he described the collection backstage. I love the colour patterns that he used, bright oranges, combined with pastels and vivid yellows, sounds of Spring are already ringing in my ear!

The models also featured bright red lips and swinging ponytails, making them looking fresh, sporty but at the same time feminine. Come on Spring, brace us with your grace soon. Love. xoxo.
